Easy Returns & Exchanges at Randies

While we're confident in the comfort and quality of our products, we understand that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange. This standard returns process is designed for unworn items and is distinct from our Randies Comfort Guarantee, which covers your satisfaction with the comfort of our products.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: If you need to return or exchange an item for reasons of size, style, or colour, please email us at returns@randies.com. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  2. Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process returns and an additional 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  3. Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, adhering to our hygiene and quality standards.
