If you have a legitimate complaint, we’ll issue a refund. It’s our aim to make our customers happy.

If you’ve already tried on your Randies, then we won’t ask you to return them.

When you buy our underwear for the very first time, this is our promise.

Purchased a Multipack?

If you’ve purchased a Randies multipack, we suggest that you try on one pair to check the fit before opening the others. We won't ask you to send back the pair you have tried.
