Refund policy

RETURNS

At Randies, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any unworn and unwashed product. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging. You have the option to choose between a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for a different size or colour.

Please note, there are a few exceptions to our return policy:

  • We do not accept returns of sale items.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RANDIES COMFORT GUARANTEE

In addition to our return policy, we offer the Randies Comfort Guarantee for first-time shoppers. If you've tried on a pair of our underwear and found that it didn't meet your expectations, you're eligible for a refund or exchange on that pair, and you won't need to send them back. This guarantee is our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction.

Please note: the Comfort Guarantee applies only to one pair of underwear that has been tried on, for first-time customers only. This allows us to provide you with a genuine trial of our product.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@randies.com and send your item to:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING

To return your product, mail it to: Randies Returns, PO Box 833, Chichester PO19 9XG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
